PokeWorldProf TCG (“we”, “the extension”) is a fan-made Twitch panel extension for collecting and trading virtual Pokémon-style cards within a streamer’s community. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We collect the minimum needed to run the game.

What we collect

• Twitch opaque ID. Twitch gives us an anonymised, per-user identifier when you open the panel. It is the key we use to store your collection. By itself it does not reveal your real identity.
• Twitch identity (only if you share it). If you choose to share your identity with the extension, we receive your Twitch user ID and display name so the game can show your name on trades and leaderboards. You can decline; the panel works without it.
• Gameplay data. The cards you own, packs you open, trades you make, favourites, in-game currency, and related activity.
• Birthday (optional). If you set a birthday for the in-game reward, we store the month and day only — never the year — so we cannot infer your age.

How we use it

Solely to operate the extension: to render your collection, process pack opens and trades, run community leaderboards and events, and deliver in-game rewards. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Cookies & local storage

The extension uses your browser’s local storage to remember UI preferences (such as the last tab you viewed). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Limited information that is inherently part of gameplay — for example, your display name on a trade offer or a leaderboard — is visible to other participants in the same channel. We do not share data with third parties except as required to operate the service (our own hosting) or by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep your gameplay data while your account is active in the extension. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below and we will action it within a reasonable time.

Children

The extension is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. It is also subject to Twitch’s own Terms of Service and age requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
